Are you interested in bringing CPD for end-of life care to your community? If so, the BC College of Family Physicians (BCCFP) wants to hear from you.
The BCCFP intends to offer small group learning for end of life care to rural and remote areas in the province. If this is a need in your community and if you have an interest in learning the essential, basic competencies of the palliative care approach please contact Toby Kirshin, Executive Director, BCCFP to find out more.
We have identified a high quality small group learning course created for family physicians and other health care professionals whose primary focus of work is not palliative care but who in the course of their work care for patients with life-threatening and progressive life-limiting illnesses. As well, we have some funding to subsidize the registration fees for family physicians to participate in this two-day course (certified for up to 28 Mainpro+ credits).
