Physicians interested in attending the BC Rural Health Conference in Prince George on May 12 and 13 can save up to $50 off the registration fee when they sign up for the course by April 3.
The BC Rural Health Conference (formerly the Rural Emergency Continuum of Care (RECC) conference) brings together rural practitioners from across the province for rurally-relevant medical education taught by rural and regional medical professionals. Content includes hands-on skills enhancement workshops, lectures, plenaries, and Hands On Ultrasound Education (HOUSE) intensives*.
There are still spaces available in several of the hands-on workshops – take advantage of this opportunity to engage in small group learning with experienced rural and regional practitioners.
Several pre-courses will also be offered ahead of the BC Rural Health Conference: The CARE Course, The Shock Course, and the full HOUSE: Ultrasound for Trauma course will be hosted in Prince George on May 10 and/or 11. Sign up for a pre-course and maximize your educational opportunities while you’re in Prince George! Health professionals do not need to register for the BC Rural Health Conference to participate in these full day pre-courses.
