GP Obstetrics Day – Saturday, April 6, 2013, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
This event, taking place at SRPC’s 2013 Rural and Remote Medicine Course in Victoria, BC, will provide attendees with the opportunity to discuss challenges and issues that are unique to and/or specifically relevant to rural obstetrics/maternity care providers.
Topics will include: managing anemia, culturally safe care for aboriginal pregnant women, high risk pregnancies in rural settings and more. A panel discussion about the sustainability of rural obstetrics will conclude the day.
This event will qualify for up to 7.5 Mainpro-M1 credits.
When you sign up for GP Obstetrics Day, you do not need to pay for Saturday’s SRPC Course registration.
If you are attending all three days of the conference and are participating in GP OB Day, you’ll pay the two day registration fee for the SRPC Course, plus the fee for GP OB Day.
If you are attending only two days of the conference and are participating in GP OB Day, you’ll pay the one day registration fee for the SRPC Course, plus the fee for GP OB Day.
If you are only attending GP Obstetrics Day, you will only pay the fee for the event itself.

$350 – all other attendees
